Our nutritionist and fitness coach will analyse your reports, collect relevant scientific data as needed, and use this information to create a personalized plan that sets the stage for your transformative journey.

Food Dairy
A record of food and beverage consumption is often used to track dietary patterns. We understand your food preferences, schedule, food habits, like and dislikes as well as availability and convenience.

Body Composition Analysis
The Fitness Coach will analyze body composition using a BCA machine, evaluating body fat, muscle percentage, resting metabolic rate, & body age. This data will be used to create a customized workout & diet program.
Step 03
Diet Chart Delivery
After evaluating your parameters, we’ll provide a personalized diet chart, designed for sustainable meal planning & portion control. These plans will be adjusted or modified based on your progress.

Daily Follow-up
We’ll address any questions or concerns while you follow the diet plan, ensuring it meets your evolving needs on a daily basis. Our regular interactions help you stay on track and motivated.

Monthly Check-ups
Every month, we’ll revisit the initial steps to assess your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your plan. These monthly reviews ensure that your goals are consistently met.
