Roasted Makhana

  • Ingredients: 1 cup makhana, ½ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp paprika, ¼ tsp cumin, pinch of salt, 1 tsp olive oil.
  • Directions: Heat oil, add makhana and spices, stir until golden. Cool before serving.
  • Benefits: Stabilizes blood sugar, supports weight loss, has anti-aging properties, promotes heart health.

 

 

Carrot Kachumber

  • Ingredients: Finely chop some carrots, tomatoes, onions & green chilies
  • Directions: mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add some salt, lemon juice & pepper
  • Add some finely chopped fresh coriander leaves for extra freshness and flavor.

 

 

 

 

Mixed Sprouts Salad

  • Ingredients: Take Sprouts in a bowl & mix them with finely chopped onion, tomatoes, chilies and coriander.
  • Directions: Add lemon juice, chat masala, soaked nuts & seeds, salt to taste, give it a good mix and serve.

 

 

 

Cucumber Raita

  • Take a medium-sized cucumber, grate it and mix it with some curd, salt, roasted cumin powder, and chopped coriander leaves. You can also add some finely chopped onions and tomatoes if you like.

 

 

Cucumber with Lemon

  • Ingredients: 1 large cucumber, 2 tbsp lemon juice, Himalayan salt to taste.
  • Directions: Slice cucumber, toss with lemon juice and salt, chill.
  • Benefits: Promotes hydration, aids weight loss, lowers blood sugar, supports digestion.
